Iron buckle and counter-plate: large oval inclined loop with bands of transverse silver wires; tongue-shaped plate, silver encrusted and inlaid with ladder-pattern border, honeycomb strip and dotted basket interlace; two of three domed-head copper alloy attachment rivets remain on buckle and one on counter-plate.

Unrecorded, but said to be from "the district of the Rhine and Moselle", Germany; recent research has shown that the vendor has been notoriously unreliable.
