Fragment of small, sleeveless, regtangular tunic; a) the main textile, a blue striped silk and linen, warp-faced plain weave; Broad stripes alternate with compositie stripes of blue, green, white and black; Warp: silk, Z twist, c.85 tpc; Weft: linen, Z spun, c.20 tpc; Edges: hidden or fragmentary; Sewing: edges of both textiles turned under and sewn to each other with Z twist S ply, dark blue silk, side and shoulder seams (overcast) and a repair in the same thread; b) the undyed, plain weave cotton lining; used to line baby's/doll's tunic; Warp and Weft: S spun, c.10-11 tpc; Edges: cut, hidden or fragmentary
