Fragments of a `baluster' jug (joined) consisting of most of the lower half, rising to rim in part; lower junction of handle. No evidence for a spout. Pinkish-buff earthenware, covered on exterior with tin glaze; on the inside and round base with translucent glaze. Painted in manganese and green with geometric decoration incorporating bands of chevrons.
