Button, circular, jasper ware, with dark blue dip, polished edge, moulded applied white relief of a cornucopia, a cap of liberty on a pole and a laurel branch, border of applied fleurs-de-lys; in a gilt metal mount with suspension ring; marked.

Bindman The fleur-de-lis motif around the border suggests a date of 1792 at the latest. The cornucopia indicates the prosperity and honour attendant upon liberty.
