Incomplete copper alloy strap-fitting, comprising two sub-circular plates connected by an integral rod of circular section, bent back on itself to form a half-loop, so that the plates are together. Sandwiched between the two plates are the remains of a leather strip, secured by two surviving rivets that pass through both plates.
