Description
Hexagonal cameo; glass paste; dull brown streaked with red; Christ with cruciferous nimbus seated on a throne with footstool; right hand raised in gesture of benediction; to left stands the Virgin, to the right St John the Baptist (a composition known as deesis); letters either side of Christ's head.
