Ampulla; clay; flat, circular sides with designs in relief. On side (a), within a raised border, Saint Menas stands to front, his arms outstretched in blessing. His hair is indicated by a semicircular line separated from his head, and he has a large nimbus concentric with his hair. He wears a short tunic and a long cloak, and is flanked by camels. On side (b), within a double raised border, is an amphora with looped handles and a conical seal, flanked by a cross and a flagon with two handles; above the handles of the amphora are single studs. The lower part of the flask is missing. Orange-coloured ware with many white grits.
