- Because the shields of arms are the Kingdoms of Jerusalem and Anjou this is associated by Tonnochy as being the King of Naples.
These are the arms of the kings of Naples and Sicily of the second branch of Anjou.
Douet d'Arcq (t.20, no 4567) described the same seal, with the same dimensions and the same legend.
