Casket; one of four panels; ivory, carved in relief with the Incredulity of Thomas: in the middle Christ, young and beardless as before, with engraved nimbus, stands on a low step, his left hand raised as if in discourse with four disciples, three of whom have beards; on the right is Thomas who extends the forefinger of his right hand towards Christ.
