Copper alloy socketed axe; cast. Lower part is missing. Mouth is oval, cracked and pushed in at one point. Rim is bevelled. Loop is set at base of collar. Casting flashing was hammered flat. Haft rib occurs.

- Part of a hoard. Found in a bog during the 1820s. The hoard included five swords; chape, purse-shaped; one spearhead, lunate-shaped openings in the wings; 34 spearheads, plain leaf-shaped; 35 axes (G.
