Crozier-head; copper gilt; enamelled; gilt fret; volute terminates in snake's head and encloses two enthroned figures representing Coronation of the Virgin; spherical knop decorated with six wyverns; stem below knop decorated with three applied snakes extending vertically from knop to edge of socket.
