Seal-matrix; the Lordship of Kempenich; silver; circular; hinged openwork handle, showing a cupid's head among roses and other flowers surmounted by a loop. The device on the front is a shaped shield of arms. A man behind a ploughshare with a stick in his hand, scrolls in the field; inscription. On the reverse on the one half the engraved inscription 'ANNO 1596'; on the other half, a shaped shield of arms: perfess a demi-lion rampant and a plant; an engraved inscription on the border and in the field; scrolls in field; foliate beaded border; with wax impression.
