Painted Limoges (?) enamel plaque; copper; in oval cartouche the bust of King Edward VI of England; he wears a hat and crown with a suit of armour and a ruff; around the cartouche a legend and a ring of dots; painted in semi-opaque enamels on a white ground contrasting with translucent enamels on blue and orange-brown foils, highlighted with gilding; counter enamel is black.
