Copper alloy strap-fitting also known as a button and loop fastener. Consists of a ring, from the underside of which protrudes a right-angled shank, terminating in a strap bar with openwork decoration. Cast; ring is D-shaped in section, flat on the upper side, and shank is flat on reverse except for where it meets the strap bar.
