Circular bronze seal-matrix of Simon de Belton with hexagonal conical handle ending in a pierced trefoil; on the back an engraved hexagon with engraved radiating lines converging at the loop. Three intersecting trefoil panels with tracery; in the centre a shield of arms, on a chevron between three mullets five quatrefoils, surmounted by a merchant's mark. Legend, pearled outer border. With wax impression.
