Cook (2005) has identified this with the marble relief commemorating the release from service of two female gladiators, Amazon and Achillia (1847,0424.19 BM Cat. Sculpture 1117). It is, however, much more likely that the relief depicts a (now perhaps lost) fragment of the frieze of the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, as do the other ten drawings in this series.
