Small Apulian red figured pottery lebes gamikos.
No cover. Designs red on black ground, with white accessories. On the shoulder and handles, small knobs; below the handles, palmettes.
(a) Eros to left, with hair in a bunch, open cap, earrings, necklace, bracelets, anklet on left leg, and sandals; in right hand a mirror, in left a bunch of grapes. In the field, two rosettes.
(b) Female figure to left, with bracelets, long chiton, sandals, wreath in right hand, and tympanon held up in left; her figure is largely obliterated. In the field, a taenia, a rosette, and a myrtle-twig.
