- Curator's comments
- Register notes 'no doubt from Enkomi'.The number pencilled on inside of the sherd almost certainly refers to the sequence of tombs from the Enkomi excavaitons of 1896. The number is not fully legible, consistsing of a four and possibly a second number such as one or three which is difficult to make out (unless the latter is a smudge which is possible).
