Comparanda. See a single cornucopia with much the same contents: Fjeldhagen 1995: no. 209, dated Roman Imperial period: this has awrist and hand modelled with the horn and was presumably designed to be affixed to a figure; Dunand 1990: no. 315, dated Roman period, is also a single cornucopia held by a hand.
