Fragmentary terracotta female figure wearing turban and bulla and holding animal in left arm, probably a votary; hand-made with applied details; the body is missing below the waist but originally stood on solid columnar base; the right arm is missing, while in her left she holds a large elongated animal with a pointed head, possibly a bird; the digits on the surviving hand are rendered as simple incisions; rounded face with a very prominent chin and nose, red painted lips and eyes fringed in black; on her head is a large turban-like headdress; she also wears elaborate ear-flaps with incised details; around the neck is a double chain or links (or possible sea-shells) supporting a large disc close to the throat; around the neck is another chain, incised, originally supporting a disc pendant between the breasts (partly broken away); made of thick, but fine clay with black and painted decoration.
