Plaster bust of a deified Roman emperor, perhaps Hadrian.
A plaster bust of a bearded emperor, probably Hadrian, wearing a chlamys with a brooch on the right shoulder, cast into a one-piece mould and incorporating a wooden spike, the pointed end extending from below the bust. The back of the bust has no detail and has been manipulated somewhat during the casting process.
Buff-coloured plaster, painted yellow on the front.
