Body fragment of a large Late Geometric Euboean or Cycladic pottery bowl or krater decorated with horse and geometric designs; wheel-made; the surviving part of the scene shows the front part of a schematically-drawn horse with its head lowered, as if grazing, framed in a panel by geometric motifs; dotted rosettes in the field around the animal.

- See Coldstream 1968, 173 no. 6; then Coldstream 1971, 5 and 8 and pl. II,c. This is a late piece from the Cesnola Workshop, probably by the same hand as a krater (no. 3284) now in the Allard Pierson Museum of Amsterdam, fully published and discussed Crielaard (1990, 1-9 and figs 1-6).
