Body sherd (mended from two fragments) of East Greek (possibly Samian) grey ware pottery alabastron; narrow body with two groups of incised concentric bands (one group of three and one group of two preserved); brown fabric core sandwiched between narrow light brown outer margins, with mica and limestone inclusions; very worn black slip on exterior.

- Analysed by H. Mommsen (see Schlotzhauer & Villing 2006, p. 56), (sample Nauk 44; chemical singleton). the origin of the fabric was not determined but possibly close to group J-Samos.
