Three joining body sherds (including 1888,0601.929 and 1965,0930.428) of East Greek, probably Aeolian, grey ware pottery closed vessel, perhaps a dinos or cauldron; exterior: worn dark slip; inscription on exterior.

- The modern incised inscription on inside 'Diosk' indicates findspot.
The sherd joins British Museum 1888,0601.629 and 1965,0930.428.
The fabric finds parallels with British Museum 1888,0601.637 which was analysed with NAA by Hans Mommsen (Bonn). The results placed the fabric (sample NAUK 64) in NAA group G and the origin was determined to be Aeolis.
