Description
Rim, body and handle sherd (mended from two fragments) of Attic black-figured pottery lidless lekanis; interior glazed streaky black; on top of rim three rows of messy dots; handle black on outside, reserved on inside; exterior: black-figure decoration consisting of siren and swan to right (of siren, only wing with added red and tail feathers remaining, to left; swan crouches under handle, head missing; red on wing and tail); incised splinter rosettes with red as filling ornament.
