Terracotta seated figure, perhaps an ancestor, once enthroned on a rock-cut chair. The figure wears a chequered tunic and mantle fastened at the shoulder with clasp.

- The concept of large-scale sculpture and style of the face show inspiration from the East Mediterranean. but details of the clothing and jewellery are Etruscan.
Restored - the head is female but the body may be male.
Pair with 1873.8-20.638.
