Marble, headless statue of a man. The subject stands with the weight on his left leg, the right one slightly bent. His rests his right hand on his hip, the other is broken from the mid arm region but was originally outstretched. The man is draped in a himation, which covers his lower body then swings up from the right hip and over the left side and shoulder and covers the back. Beside the left leg is a stick entwined with a serpent. Beside the left foot is a cone with a network pattern. The sandals are elaborately modelled with leather thongs. The statue was made in one piece with its plinth. The subject is either Aristaeus or Asklepios.
