Bronze lamp-stand with a tripod foot and shaft in the form of branch with lopped shoots. The crater-shaped top is decorated with a wreath of inlaid silver leaves; the lamp-tray is missing. The foot and stem appear to have been made in one piece; the top was made separately.

- Curator's comments
- The blue and green patches on the bronze are typical of bronze objects found in volcanic deposits. Pompeii, Herculaneum, Oplontis and other sites were covered with such deposits after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79.
