Pottery amphoriskos.
Clay: brown clay, small mica, semilustrous brown-black paint.
Shape: slightly oblique lip, dented; squat globular body, broad ring foot; vertical strap handles on the shoulder.
Decoration: Dark ground. Reserved panel between handles: double zigzag between lines. Triple reserved band below. Handles barred. Broad band inside rim.

- CVA:
: A non-Attic shape of Euboeo-Cycladic origin (GGP 153-6) that Melos shares with Naxos (N. Kourou, Anaskaphes Naxou, to Notio Nekrotapheio tes Naxous kata te geometrike periodo [Athens, 1999], 31-3, nos. 3-4), assuming Atticising decoration in MG. It survives into Melian LG with a taller neck (GGP 184, n.6).
