Bodice (dance costume) of ecru barkcloth under-layer and yellow hibiscus-fibre upper layer, open at right side, upper and lower edge with cotton tape sewn in between and decorated with grey coix seeds, upper edge also with sewn-on folded strips of dyed black hibiscus fibre; on front are two rings and two slightly slanted lines of decoration of alternating globular black seeds and grey coix seeds; three oblong decorative motifs of same kind on back; shoulder straps of same black and coix seeds.
