Vegetable fibre fan of plaited beige strips; wood handle bound at the top with vegetable fibre strips and plaited hair.
They belonged to the donor's grandfather, Ebenezer Cayford, who probably obtained them from John Arundel, a well-known personality in the Pacific in the second half of the 19th century (according to the donor).
