- Letter from Budden to the British Museum 8 March 1908 indicates her wish to dispose of some South Australian weapons which were collected by George F. Angas 'I think, and given to my father some years ago'.
Information from Philip Jones of the South Australian Museum in 2013 suggests that Miss Budden was the daughter of the Angas's family lawyer who had acted for Angas and family during the 1840s.
