Letter Fred C Shaw, Richmond/A W Franks, 28 June 1888 - 'I send you the fork I mentioned yesterday - it is somewhat different from and much rougher in make than those in the Museum - not a Chief's fork certainly -' Mr Clark also offered a Solomon Islands armlet which was refused.
