Anthropomorphic bone hei tiki pendant carved from human skull. Eyes of concentric rings with notched haliotis-shell inlay in centre; plain spirals on buttocks, rauponga and rauponga spirals with long pakati on back; right hand as manaia touching right leg. Metal (?) ring covered with fine reddish flax braid in mouth for suspension.
