Description
Armlet (mwali) comprising a naturally overlapping ring of conus shell with a smaller diameter at the top. The outer end is wrapped with faded red cloth. It has an attached cluster of black banana seeds and small red and larger white glass beads. It has two pendant strings of blue glass beads, one of which is broken and the other terminating in two banana seeds and a cowrie shell. A third pendant string is of white transparent beads threaded on fibre. A piece of pearlshell is tied on though a drilled hole. There are loose glass beads and a loose shell.
