- See William Bragge "Bibliotheca Nicotiana" (1880), p.138 (Section (B.h), nos.11 to 18, a group of eight bottles containing "betel" mixture: "These are the ingredients of the mixture used by the Nawab Nazim, of Bengal, and were given by him to W[illiam] B[ragge]." However, handwritten label stuck to glass container states "Chunam, from Florida Island. Solomon Group. Sep: 65" [1865 ?]. Another stuck-on label gives number "B.h.15". (AMD,12/1998).
