Gauntlet made of cocoa-nut fibre - it has 5 loops for the fingers, and a long string for fastening at the wrist.
The fibre is twisted into cord which is worked into a close knotted network to form the gauntlet; at the thumb end 3 large thick knots are formed by interknotting the cord. The gauntlet is for the right hand.
