Comb of bamboo with 7 teeth distended by means of string intertwined at their lowest part. From the string the butt rapidly diminshes, terminating in a cresential projection. The handle is bound with dark vegetable substance, under which is passed on one side & in a perpendicular direction, a simple strip of yellow cane-bark.
