Club of wood, made to resemble a bird. Upper end is carved to represent the head and curved beak; the central part a body of rectangular section and has projections of grass on each side to resemble wings. Handle of circular section and from the butt hang tufts of grass with three hollowed nut shells. Body decorated in black and red and beneath the neck is a pendant of four strings of coix and red seeds.
