Drawing; mounted Native North American warrior on white and black horse with black bridle, rein, mane and blue colour tail tied with red cloth in the middle, a white and yellow coloured horse in front of him. The man has a red painted face, braids wrapped in red cloth; wearing blue warrior shirt with beaded strips, ermin tail fringes, black leggings with a red stripe down the side and red loin-cloth at his waist. A hooked coup lance with three feathers is above him. There are blue markings at the top and sides of the drawing.

- There are forty-two Ledger Drawings in the Tall Bear series; drawings 1-16 were drawn by Tall Bear; drawings 17-42 were probably drawn by a Lakota artist, Pretty or Good Bear (Mah-tow-wash-ta); transferred to the British Museum by the William Blackmore Museum, Salisbury, Wiltshire, UK. 1931.
