Codex consisting of ten leaves of coarse amatl paper, folded in the middle and held together with twine. A painted pictorial history with written text in Nahuatl of the Mexican people, animals, birds, trees and houses amongst which are a Christian church and a priest.

- The document is known to have been owned by Mr Perct Doyle, a collector. When his collection was sold at the Skegg sale in 1847 the document came into the possession of the British Museum.
