Drawing; pl.51; a silver hammer from the ancient indian city of Gran Chimu, near Truxillo. It is of solid metal roughly wrought into the shape of a man's head with a high cap. The patterns on the handle are deeply cut cross lines seperated by spaces of plain surface. La Libertad, Peru.
