Gunstock club mode of wood with large areas painted red, although the paint has worn away in many places. The triangular blade is metal, probably iron, and is punctured by three holes forming a triangle in the centre of which is a cut-out irregular heart shape. At the base of the handle is wrapped a thong of tanned hide. Along the handle on both sides are rectangular markings indicating a kill count, eleven on the left and ten on the right surmounted by an incised human figure wielding a gunstock club. At the point where the haft meets the blade is inscribed a decorated double ring surrounding a four pointed star and descending from the top of the haft are nine bands of incised decoration, identical on both sides.

- Curator's comments
- On one side of the club is an incised human figure wielding a gunstock club with a feather in his hair and with an erect phallus. The overt depiction of genitalia is rare in Woodlands art and suggests a cross cultural link with Eastern Plains culture in which depiction of male gentials was more common.
