- Curator's comments
- Bezel is part of a collection of materials and components which would have gone to make the final piece. A finished piece of very similar design is in the collection Am1997,13.5. Raylan and Patti Edaakie work as a couple, with Raylan in charge of silverwork, and finishing, and Patti cutting and polishing the stones, as well as running the business. This series of materials was purchased on a visit to their home in Zuni and during the course of a day's interview about their work.
