Circular birchbark box [a], with lid [b], the sides and tops decorated with undyed porcupine quills, using the natural white and brown colours to produce concentric circles on the side. The top has a six pointed star on a plain unembroidered ground. A souvenir.

- Curator's comments
- This is a very typical Ontario produced souvenir, perhaps from Manitoulin Island. Inside is a recent note indicating that originally it held a univalve fossil from Jasper. (JCK,3/1995).
