Figurine; made of papier mâché over cane framework; in the form of skeleton drug dealer; rectangular wooden base painted brown; skeleton painted white with black markings; wears black papier mâché hat with silver hatband, blue coat with green stripes, yellow shirt with red markings, black suspenders, grey trousers with black markings, black shoes with white markings, gold ribbon for watch chain; brown paper cigar in mouth. Used at Day of the Dead Festival.
