- Curator's comments
- The Chililico community produces an enormous amount of pottery, especially just before the Day of the Dead festival, and this pottery travels to a vast area in Hidalgo and Veracruz. Makers produce utilitarian vessels for domestic use, and also ceremonial items such as incense burners and candlesticks, as well as pottery toys.
