Spoon or ladle for use in feasting, of alder?, elegantly and lightly carved with a deep bowl, pointed tip, flattened rim, especially in the handle - which tapers to a flat trapezoidal finial with a sharp angle of recurve. The finial has two triangular nicks in one side, either decorative or ownership marks?
