"The interior consists of portions of the Paxiuba palm (Iriartea exorrhiza, Mart.) ... [sic] wrapped round with long strips of the bark after [illegible] [the bark wrapping is missing Cf BAE Annual Report 38, p. 453, plate 161]". RIO UAUPES [sic], BRAZIL.
