Plains Indian, probably Cree, Canada.
Collected from Indians of Canada, mostly from Saskatchewan and Manitoba by the late James A. Head (donor's uncle) between 1881 and 1896.
Part at the time of Reil's Rebellion, 1884.
Mr Head lived near an old Sioux trail at "Rapid City" Manitoba.
